Booking:
Once we have agreed an itinerary we will send you a contract which you need to complete and return*. We will also issue invoices for payment for your tour.

*This is a legal requirement - if for any reason the car is stopped by the police (random roadside roadworthiness/breathalyser checks are not unknown) we need to be able to show a completed contract.

Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card using PayPal. We will send you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of €200 which is required within 10 days of booking, and a second invoice for the balance which is due 21 days before your tour. If you are in Australia or the UK we can provide details for you to pay by bank transfer into our account in local currency. All bank charges, currency exchange costs and agent's fees must be paid by the client.

Cancellation:
If for any reason you cancel up to 21 days before the tour you will receive a refund of any payment made, less the €200 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 21 days of the tour or fail to meet us at the arranged time you will forfeit all fees paid. If you are delayed en route we will do our best to re-arrange your tour, as long as you notify us as soon as you can of the delay (we will provide a mobile/cell phone number for you to text or ring us in the event of delays on the day). We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structure.

Insurance:
You are strongly urged to obtain cancellation insurance. In certain circumstances, this will cover the cost of cancellation. We can provide documentation to support an insurance claim on request.
